Took a while for me to get a picture that would fit in the outline properly, but thats my own fault, not the apps. Your best bet is to take the photo from farther away and zoom it within this app.

The ability to export a 4x6 to the camera roll for later uploading to my local pharmacy photo center was really helpful.
